Raised in the ghetto streets of Los Santos,Joseph Tyler is a gang leader of the notorious gang known as, East Coast Crips, the gang started around 1970, and has grown through the streets of South Los Santos ever since. Joseph's father was a youngster in the hood growing up around racial people. The black community of South Central LS, they lived on the east side.
